Once you receive a Priority Pick offer email, place a digital* order by the end of the month that exceeds the minimum value indicated, and we will take care of the rest. It's that simple!

Example Offer

Poolitics is enrolled in the Priority Pick program. When Priority Pick Offers are being created for the upcoming month the system evaluates Poolitics Intuition sales from last year. If the criteria is met an offer is created.

Notification of a Priority Pick Offer is sent to the Poolitics email account. The notification shows a basic breakdown of the suggested purchases  for the upcoming month. In this case Poolitics has a suggested Priority Pick order totalling $5,003.89.

A Poolitics staff member goes via Focus Connect to the Priority Pick Offer and alters some of the items in the cart. Adding some extra ECO150s to the order. As long as the new cart is at least 75% of the original total as indicated in the email Poolitics will receive 2.5% credit on the eligible goods.

Note: The example credit shown in the email is based on an order placed with the same total value using only eligible products. It doesn't indicate the credit for the items in your cart at the time your complete your order as each item ordered may/may not be eligible.

How It Works

Priority Picks uses Intuition Engine data on your purchases from the previous financial year. ie. January 2023 Priority Pick uses purchase data from the combined January 2022 sales with other Intuition Engine factors like market environment and current price lists etc. Eligible customers are issued an email outlining the Priority Pick offer. You can also visit your Focus Connect  toolbox and select Programs > Priority Pick to see if you have an offer available. 

To receive the 2.5% credit# orders must be placed digitally using Focus Connect or a email of a purchase order from an accounting system (Xero, MYOB, Netsuite, Pronto etc). Priority Pick  orders must total more than 75% of previous years month total (as detailed in the offer email or in the Toolbox), be placed before the end of the month and paid within the extended terms. Once the invoice meets this criteria, a credit will be generated against the account. 

Terms & Conditions

Priority Pick is a service offered free as part of the Focus Connect program to customers who have 12 months of purchase data and meet offer criteria - accounts must be approved and within terms to receive prioritized delivery and credit;  *orders must be submitted via Focus Connect ordering or via email as a purchase order from an accounting system (eg Xero, MYOB etc );  total value of a single order must be at least 75% of the total shown in the Priority Pick offer email.  Orders deemed to meet Priority Pick criteria will have extended terms and have prioritized delivery for the start of the month. Credit amount is 2.5% on finalised orders based on total pre-tax sale amount on eligible stock items (ineligible items include liquid acid, liquid chlorine and water testing products). To receive the credit, the invoice must be paid within the extended terms. All other standard terms and conditions apply.
